Service Description: Sac Valley Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling services throughout Sacramento County and surrounding areas. Services are provided by appointment only, and availability is subject to scheduling and operational capacity.

Pricing: Pricing is provided via quote upon request and is valid for 30 days from the date of quote. Prices may vary based on the volume of items, type of materials, accessibility, and disposal fees. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and digital payment methods. A deposit may be required for large jobs or specialty services.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the junk items to be removed
• Customers must disclose hazardous materials or items we cannot legally remove
• Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary access permissions on behalf of property managers or landlords
• Customers must provide accurate location information and contact details

Sac Valley Junk Removal cannot and will not remove:

• Hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, chemicals, etc.)
• Refrigerants or appliances with active refrigerant systems without proper certification
• Biohazardous or infectious materials
• Radioactive materials
• Explosives or ammunition
• Wet or flooded items (except in limited circumstances with prior written agreement)

Sac Valley Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse service if:

• Safe access cannot be established
• Hazardous materials are present without proper disclosure
• The customer is not the legal owner or authorized representative
• The customer refuses to pay agreed-upon pricing
• The customer is abusive or creates an unsafe environment

While our team exercises care during junk removal, Sac Valley Junk Removal is not responsible for:

• Incidental property damage during removal operations (normal wear and tear)
• Items that break or shatter during handling due to fragility
• Pre-existing structural damage or weakness not disclosed before service
• Environmental conditions beyond our control

For any damage claims, the customer must notify Sac Valley Junk Removal within 24 hours of service completion. Claims will be evaluated in accordance with local liability laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
